How to back up your calendar automatically

  1. On the File menu, click Back Up.
  2. Select the Automatically back up calendar every n days check box, and then specify how often to back up your calendar by typing a number in the days box.
  3. Specify a preferred time of day to make backup copies.
  4. Specify the number of backup copies to keep.
  5. Select a folder to save backup copies to.
  6. Click OK.
How to back up your calendar manually

  1. On the File menu, click Back Up.
  2. Click the Back Up Now button.
  3. Specify the backup location, and then click OK.

Note
  • If Calendarscope is not running at the time specified for automatic backups, the program will back up data the next time you start Calendarscope.
  • Click the View Log button to view the log entries.
