 Where is my activation code?

If you have paid for your product via our online order form, you will receive a registration message within a few hours.

The most common reason is a typing error in your e-mail address.

If you use "aggressive" spam filters and/or a challenge-response system,
these may interfere with our ability to contact you. We recommend you to add dualitysoft.com to your "whitelist" or allowed-senders list, as applicable.

If you do not receive any e-mail from us within 48-hours, please contact us. Top

 Is Calendarscope compatible with Microsoft® Windows® 8.1?

Calendarscope can be used with the following versions of Microsoft® Windows® operating system (32-bit and 64-bit): Windows XP / Windows Server 2003 / Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008 / Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 8.1. Top

 What is your upgrade policy?

We provide free upgrades to the updated version of Calendarscope which we may release within 12 months from the date of your purchase. For example, if you have purchased your license in January 2014, you may use that activation code for all updated versions of Calendarscope which we may release during the next 12 months, up to January 2015 (both minor and major upgrades are covered by this offer). In other words, within one year after the purchase you get all upgrades to the product free of any charges.

After the first 12 months, if you would like to upgrade to a newer version, you will be able to do so after purchasing a discounted upgrade license (and you will get another year of free upgrades with the purchase). Of course, you are in no way obligated to upgrade to the new versions: you may continue using the version that you have purchased for as long as you like, if it works for you well enough, without paying any additional upgrade fees.  What is the difference between the Evaluation and Registered versions?

There is NO functional difference between the evaluation and registered (licensed) versions of Calendarscope: all features of the licensed version are available and can be used in the evaluation version.

The only difference between the licensed and evaluation versions is the "registration reminders", displayed by the evaluation version.

To suppress the registration reminder screens, you must enter into the evaluation version your activation code. We provide you with your activation code after you have purchased a license for continued use. Top

 Can I order Calendarscope without a credit card?

 What do I get after I have registered Calendarscope?

When you purchase a license for Calendarscope, you get:

  • An activation code (sent by email) allowing you to remove the registration reminders and any other limitations from the program.
  • One year of FREE upgrades to new versions of the program.
  • One year of FREE technical support by e-mail.

 I am a registered user. How do I upgrade?

Simply visit our Download Center, download a new version, and then install it. If overwriting a current installation, you will not be prompted to enter authorization information unless this has changed since the last registered version.

 My activation code does not work. What can I do?

Please check software version which you have ordered.

Do not type the activation code manually. Use clipboard to copy and paste your activation code.
